2. Review & Confirmation
Our team personally reviews every intake. We’ll either accept or decline based on fit and availability. If we need more details, we’ll reach out before moving forward

3. Secure Your Reservation
Once approved, we’ll send you a secure Square link to pay your deposit and lock in your date. (Deposits are required to confirm all bookings.)

4. Customize Your Service
At checkout, you can add upgrades ✧ fridge detailing, linen resets, scent sachets, and more

5. Cleaning Day ✧ Flawless Results
On the scheduled day, our vetted + insured team arrives fully equipped. You don’t need to be home; just provide access notes in your intake form

Square Footage Tiers
We use your home’s square footage to place you into a pricing tier. This ensures smaller homes pay less, while larger homes with more space are priced fairly.

Additional Considerations
Linen Loads: Includes 2 loads; additional $20/load.

Pet Hair:
$55 for heavy pet hair removal.

Add-Ons & Upgrades:
Optional services like Closet Refresh, Steam Sanitize, or Staging Touch-Ups, balcony/patio sweep, can be added at checkout.

Cancellation Policy:
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least one day before the beginning of your appointment.

✧ 24 Hours’ Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to adjust our schedule and serve other clients.
✧ Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the same day of service will result in your deposit being non-refundable.
✧ Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward your final balance, unless the booking is cancelled on the same day.
